No. Unless we are instructed otherwise, we will complete our work and leave the invoice at your door. We will automatically schedule the next application in four to ten weeks.

Rain is beneficial to fertilizer, pre-emergent crabgrass control and insect control. Weed control should show results within 10-14 days. If weeds do not begin to curl within this timeframe, let us know and we will re-treat the lawn. Weeds can take up to eight weeks to completely disappear.

Our materials are registered for use on home lawns by the EPA. We do recommend staying off the lawn until it is dry after an application.

Delay mowing for 24 hours after a lawn application. It is best to mow high and mow often. Set the mower blade to at least 3 ½” high and never mow more than 1/3 of the grass blade at any one time (and keep the blade sharp).

We recommend using a mulching mower. The leaf blades of grass plants return large amounts of fertilizer back to the soil and do not add to thatch build up.

Our lawn technician will leave a note with your invoice if your lawn shows signs of disease. Since lawn diseases are unpredictable and treatments are variable, results are not guaranteed.

We will leave an invoice at your door after each application (unless otherwise instructed) with the service and charge for the treatment. Customers can pay electronically by accessing the “Customer Login” on this website, or a check can be mailed to the office. The next application will be automatically scheduled. Payment is due within 30 days.

For your convenience, we will mail a letter in January with your scheduled services for the upcoming season. We are a continuing service so unless we hear from you either by phone or in writing, we will continue to treat your lawn. Please call or email the office with any changes in service.
